2025-2027<\/strong>:<\/strong> Executing a research sub-project entitled \u201cDevelopment of an on-site molecular diagnostic kit and probiotic-based therapeutic product for sustainable management of bovine mastitis\u201d as ASPM 1 at the Dept. of GOR, FVMAS, GAU, under Heat (Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation) project (5.8 crore BDT), funded by the World Bank and UGC, GOB.<\/p>\n

2024-2025:<\/strong> Executing a research project entitled \u201cExploring the present status and prospects of pet bird rearing in selected areas of Bangladesh\u201d at the Dept. of GOR, FVMAS, GAU, with funding from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Government of Bangladesh (GOB).<\/p>\n

2023-2024:<\/strong> Conducted a research project titled \u201cPrevalence of diseases and disorders of common peafowl in captivity with special reference to zoos and safari parks in Bangladesh\u201d at the Dept. of GOR, FVMAS, BSMRAU, funded by the MoST, GOB.<\/p>\n

\u00a02007<\/strong>–<\/strong>2008<\/strong>: <\/strong>Actively participated in ABEL research titled \u201cProduction of preimplantation monkey embryos through intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) technique\u201d at the Animal Biotechnology-Embryo Laboratory (ABEL), Division of Biohealth Science, Institute of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya, Malaysia.<\/p>\n

2004-2008: <\/strong>Conducted doctoral research (lasting 3.5 years) on \u201cStudies of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) technique in goat reproduction\u201d at the Animal Biotechnology-Embryo Laboratory (ABEL), within the Division of Biohealth Science at the Institute of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya, Malaysia, funded by the Islamic Development Bank in the form of an IDB Merit Scholarship.<\/p>\n

2003:<\/strong> Conducted an 8-month research project titled \u201cSkills for development: Case studies of vocational education through open and distance learning.\u201d This was a collaborative research effort with BOU-IRFOL, funded by the International Research Foundation for Open Learning (IRFOL) in the UK.<\/p>\n

2000-2002: <\/strong>Conducted two years long research work on \u201cChanges in the uterine immune system during pregnancy in sheep\u201d at the Centre for Animal Biotechnology and Department of Veterinary Science, School of Veterinary Science, The University of Melbourne, Australia for MVSc under AusAID Scholarship.<\/p>\n

1995:<\/strong> As part of the MS Program, conducted six months of research on \u201cComparative anatomical study of the female reproductive system of high and low egg producing chicken (ISA Brown and indigenous) in Bangladesh\u201d at the Department of Anatomy and Histology, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh.<\/p>\n

1994-1995: <\/strong>Carried out a study on the \u201cEffects of feed nutrients on the anatomical structures of the female reproductive system of indigenous domestic chicken (Gallus domesticus<\/em>) in Bangladesh\u201d at the Department of Anatomy and Histology, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, funded by the NST Fellowship from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Bangladesh, Dhaka.<\/p>\n
