Title of the research: Pregnancy Diagnosis in Black Bengal goat by progesterone assay.
As part of my Masters (MS) degree program, I had carried out this study using a total of 12 Black Bengal does to determine the progesterone level in different stages of pregnant Black Bengal does and to correlate blood progesterone level with stages of pregnancy in Black Bengal does. Blood samples were collected from different stages of pregnant does and performed ELISA to detect the blood progesterone level of pregnant does at different stages.
