Board of Studies\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n
The Board of Studies (BoS) is a small, powerful unit that deals with the academic scope of a department. The head of the department is the Chair of BoS, and faculty members are the members of the unit. A renowned expert from anywhere in the country other than the institution itself is listed as an expert member of the Board of Studies.<\/div>\n
The recommendations from BoS is presented at the Academic Council of the University for further consideration.<\/div>\n
