Amdadul Haque<\/strong><\/span><\/span> is a<\/span><\/span> Professor of Food Science and Nutrition in the Department of Food Engineering at Gazipur Agricultural University<\/a>, where his academic profile centers on utilizing natural resources for sustainable food and health safety. He earned his PhD from RMIT University in Australia with the support of an Endeavour Postgraduate Award, and later worked as a Research Fellow at Deakin University. Before joining his current institution, he served as a lecturer at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology and has accumulated fifteen years of academic and research experience across Bangladesh and Australia. His core research areas involve extracting and stabilizing food components like polyphenols, plant-based polysaccharides, proteins, and pigments, as well as studying local medicinal plants and seaweeds for health applications. To date, he has contributed over 50 peer-reviewed journal papers and book chapters, including works on fruit and vegetable waste utilization<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Md.
