So, I was intended to work with post harvest activities of fruits and vegetables to findout proper handling methods to minimize post harvest loss. I have developed a low cost storage technique for storing potatoes for 3-4 months without much loss. Presently, I am working as a Professor in the Department of Horticulture, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Gazipur, where I am conducting courses on \u201cPost-harvest Physiology of Horticultural Crops\u201d, \u201cPhysiology of Horticultural Crops\u201d, Processing of Horticultural Crops\u201d, \u201cOrnamental Horticulture\u201d in Postgraduate levels (MS\/PhD). Besides, I am conducting research on different fruit and vegetable processing and their post harvest handling techniques. So, I have much interest to do research work with latest approaches on processing and post harvest handling by covering more fruits and vegetables.
