The Department involves in different fundamental and basic researches in the field of genetic, genomic, physiology and biochemical basis underlying plant stress (abiotic and nutrient) tolerance, protective roles of various growth regulators, natural bioactive compounds triggering plants and animals performances \u00a0etc.\u00a0\u00a0for the development of agriculture.
