The Department of Irrigation and Water Management (IWM)<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>offers a comprehensive curriculum that delve into multisectoral issues of water resources management. Our students learn from the very basics of fluid mechanics, and open channel design to specialized problems of computational fluid dynamics, aquifer modelling and transboundary water management.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our interdisciplinary teaching and research programs equip students with the knowledge and skills required to address complex challenges that cross national borders. Through a blend of rigorous coursework, hands-on research opportunities, and collaboration with international organizations, our students are prepared to contribute to sustainable solutions that balance environmental, economic, and social needs in diverse geographical contexts.<\/span><\/p>\n
