Dr. Md. Nahidul Islam<\/strong> is a food engineer, data scientist, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering at Gazipur Agricultural University, Bangladesh. His research explores the complex behavior of fresh fruits and vegetables, focusing on quality assessment and prediction, shelf-life extension, food safety, functional foods, intelligent packaging, and reducing food waste to promote a more sustainable future. His expertise includes food analysis, quality assurance and control, optimization, big data handling, systems biology, chemometrics, and statistical and dynamic mathematical modeling.<\/span><\/p>\n
