His work integrates advanced molecular techniques, including mitochondrial DNA analysis, to investigate genetic diversity, population structure, and species identification for conservation and aquaculture improvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.85;text-align: justify\">He has extensive experience in implementing research projects funded by national and international agencies, including the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), University Grants Commission (UGC), Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC-NATP), and World Bank-supported HEQEP programs. His research has contributed to the molecular characterization of indigenous and exotic fish species such as <em>Anabas testudineus<\/em>, <em>Channa striata<\/em>, <em>Channa marulius<\/em>, and <em>Heteropneustes fossilis<\/em>, with applications in conservation management, broodstock selection, and aquaculture development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.85;text-align: justify\">In recent years, his research has expanded to include nanobiotechnology and its applications in aquaculture. He has successfully conducted projects on the biosynthesis of nanoparticles using local plant resources and their application as dietary feed additives to improve growth performance, survivability, and physiological health of fish species.
