• Technical (Laboratory methods and techniques): Cell culture (bovine oviduct and uterine epithelial cell culture), Endometrial explant culture, Peripheral blood mononuclear cell culture (PBMC),　Isolation and separation of immune cells (polymorphonuclear neutrophil, PMN and PBMC) from whole blood, In vitro embryo production (IVEP): in vitro maturation (IVM), fertilization (IVF) and culture (IVC) of bovine embryos, Semen processing andcryopreservation, Immunofluorescence staining, Immunocytochemistry, Gene expression analysis of cells, explants and embryos by RT-qPCR and determination of protein concentrations in the culture media by ELISA
