SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
I have developed an R package “rhcoclust”: (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rhcoclust/index.html). Robust Hierarchical Co-Clustering to Identify Significant Co-Cluster. This package cane be applied in different fields including bioinformatics, animal sciences, fisheries, plant sciences, social sciences and economics for the data analysis of their research.
