As the Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of GAU,
- I organized several training/workshops for the teachers, students, and non-academic staff to establish and enhance a quality culture at GAU.
- I led the Self-Assessment process for the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Faculty of Agriculture, and Faculty of Fisheries and prepared the reports, which were evaluated by the External Peer Review Teams (composed of National and International Experts).
- I give lectures on different issues of quality education in higher education as a resource person at different universities in Bangladesh.
- I have prepared an outcome-based curriculum for different faculties of BSMRAU following international standards and guidelines.
