  2. Phytochemical analysis and utilization of potato (Solanum tuberosum) peel extract in maintaining the quality of refrigerated Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fillets from July 2024 to June 2025, funded by the Research Management Wing, GAU.
  3. Antioxidant potential of aqueous beetroot (Beta vulgaris) peel extract and its preservative effects on the quality and shelf life of frozen pangas (Pangasius hypophthalmus) fillets from July 2024 to June 2025, funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
  4. Effects of Gracilaria sp. extract on the quality and shelf life of refrigerated pangas (Pangasius hypophthalmus) fillets from July 2023 to June 2024, funded by Research Management Wing, GAU.
