There are six core units according to the ordinance:
- Advanced Analytical Laboratory
- Advanced Physiology Laboratory
- Advanced Molecular and Genetic Engineering Laboratory
- Advanced Microbiology laboratory
- GIS and Remote Sensing Laboratory
- Microscopy and Analytical Imaging Laboratory.
