DEPARTMENT OF FOOD ENGINEERING
The department offers graduate programs leading to MS and PhD degrees. Besides, it offers courses in undergraduate programs including BS (Agriculture) and BS (Agriculture Engineering).
The studies in Food Engineering are designed to strengthen the knowledge of students of the relevant engineering, biological, sociological, and economic aspects of food processing, as well as preservation, storage, and marketing of those products. Food Engineering graduate will be equipped with theory & practical knowledge in grasping field problems associated with post production system.

- FEN 330 Fundamentals of Food and Agro-Processing (2+0 credits) in BS (Agriculture)
- FEN 151 Fundamentals of Food Engineering (3+1 credits) in BS (Agricultural Engineering)
- FEN 215 Unit Operations in Agro-Food Industries (2+1 credits) in BS (Agricultural Engineering)
