Call for RMC Project Proposal for the year 2026-2029
All faculty members of Gazipur Agricultural University are invited to submit Research Proposals for RMW/UGC funding for a duration of 3 (three) years (2026–2029). The proposed research project must align with RMW-approved thematic areas. The project proposal must include provisions for engaging postgraduate students. Applicants must submit 3 (three) hard copies to the office of the undersigned (Research Office) and one soft copy via email to research@gau.edu.bd before 07 May 2026.
Terms and Conditions
- Principal Investigators (PI) of ongoing RMW-funded projects are not allowed to submit new proposals.
- The proposed budget will be evaluated based on its justification and appropriateness.
- Applicants must confirm that financial and final reports of previously funded RMW projects have been submitted.
- The proposed research must not replicate any previously funded or ongoing project (RMW or other sources).
- The project must be clearly outcome-based.
- Research results must be published in national/international journals, and proof of publications from previous projects (if any) must be attached.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have published in impact journals from previous RMW-funded research.
- Proposals not submitted in the prescribed format or after the deadline will not be accepted.
