🛂 Visa & Immigration Support

The Office of International Affairs assists students with necessary documents and guidance to obtain a student visa. Upon acceptance, students are provided with an official admission letter and required paperwork. The office also supports students with immigration-related queries and renewals during their study period.

🏠 Accommodation

GAU offers residential facilities for both male and female students within the university campus. The hostels are safe, well-maintained, and managed by the university administration.

  • Students are encouraged to apply for housing during their admission process

🩺 Health & Wellness

The university has a Medical Center that provides essential health services and minor treatment to all students. Students must submit a personal health report during the admission process, ensuring that their basic medical needs can be addressed on campus.

💬 Student Counselling

The Office of International Affairs offers continuous support to address academic, personal, and cultural adjustment challenges. New international students can also request a pick-up service from nearby airports, railways, or bus stations upon arrival.

Dedicated staff are available to help students with accommodation, food, tuition fees, transport, and medical insurance matters throughout their studies.

    International students may apply at any time. However, it’s advised to complete the process before November each year for undergraduate programs.

    Yes, a limited number of merit-based scholarships are available for international students based on academic results.
